After all, he does seem to spend most of his time at the City Golf Club, entertaining business leaders. Enough is enough! Charles Digby is a far better candidate for this important office. He’s got plenty of experience: look at his tenure as Chester County Commissioner. He’s got plenty of energy, too: look at his successful drive to improve our schools. If you want to keep a dull mayor, stick with Flaherty. However, if you want to bring prosperity and honesty back into city government, vote for Digby.
